Vince Marcucci serves as Chief Revenue Officer for Temerity Baseball, overseeing revenue strategy, sales operations, partnerships, and growth initiatives across the Kannapolis Cannon Ballers, Lexington Legends, and Greensboro Grasshoppers. He splits his time between all three clubs, focusing on revenue performance, organizational alignment, and long-term community impact.

Marcucci joined the Kannapolis organization in October 2018 with the Kannapolis Intimidators and played a key role in the franchise’s transition and rebranding to the Kannapolis Cannon Ballers, as well as the move into Atrium Health Ballpark. Since that time, he has taken on expanded leadership responsibilities across the Temerity Baseball portfolio. He enters this season with more than 15 years of experience in professional baseball, including prior roles with the Wilmington Blue Rocks and the Trenton Thunder, where he held positions focused on corporate partnerships, community engagement, and nonprofit operations.

Throughout his career, Marcucci has remained deeply committed to community impact and advocacy, leveraging professional baseball to support local causes, strengthen nonprofit partnerships, and create programs that serve the communities his teams call home.

His leadership and impact have been recognized with several honors, including the 2025 Trailblazer Award from NC Business, the 2018 Young Professional of the Year Award from the Lower Bucks County Chamber of Commerce, and the 2017 Champion for Business Award from the Princeton Regional Chamber of Commerce.

Marcucci is a graduate of West Virginia University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management with a minor in Sports and Exercise Psychology.
