Andy Sandler is an entrepreneur, business leader and lawyer. He leads Temerity Capital Partners, the Sandler Family Office and investment company. He is Founder and Chairman of Asurity, a mortgage compliance technology company and Chairman of RiskExec, a fair lending analytics software provider.  He founded Treliant Risk Advisors, a financial services advisory firm that he sold in 2017.

Andy has been a financial services industry lawyer and advisor for more than 40 years.  He led Skadden’s Consumer Financial Services Enforcement and Litigation practice.  He founded the Buckley Sandler law firm in 2009 and grew it to over 170 lawyers as its Chairman and Executive Partner. He is Senior Partner at Mitchell Sandler, a boutique financial services and financial technology-focused law firm. He owns Asurity Advisors,  a financial services advisory firm and Sandler Law Group,  a mortgage origination and legal process outsource business.

Andy’s current business focus is on sports team ownership and stadium-adjacent real estate development. He leads Temerity Baseball, an investor in the Tampa Bay Rays and the owner and operator of three professional baseball teams: the Greensboro Grasshoppers, Kannapolis Cannon Ballers and Lexington Legends.  Andy also is an investor and Senior Advisor to Prospector Baseball, owner of the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp, Akron RubberDucks and Lancaster Stormers.  He is an investor in the Tampa Bay Rowdies soccer team.

Andy and his wife and law partner, Andrea Mitchell Sandler, recently launched Artemis Sports Group, which is focused on acquiring and operating professional women’s sports teams.  Artemis owns and operates the Columbus Fury, a Major League Volleyball team.

Andy holds J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and Wharton School of Business, an M.A. from the University of Warwick (Rotary Foundation Fellow), and a B.A. from Union College. Andy and Andrea find their greatest joy spending time with their children and grandchildren.  When not at a ball game, Andy is most likely to be found on a tennis court.
