Randy Kurtz is a trusted advisor to the Temerity team on key matters involving investments, finance, governance, M&A and organizational structure/execution. He provides strategic and financial guidance across the entire Temerity portfolio.

Randy’s background includes investment banking, which began at Goldman Sachs and accelerated at Citigroup as global head of an industry group, guiding CEOs and boards through business-transforming events. Following his Wall Street career, he’s served multiple enterprises as Lead Director and Chairman, including a multi-generational family office, industrial and financial services companies, one ESOP-owned, and a private REIT. Kurtz has chaired the investment committees of family offices, corporations and foundations.

Randy is recognized as a 2026 Top 100 Private Company Director.

He has an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, completed while working full-time at Goldman. Kurtz grew up on a Wisconsin dairy farm, building resilience and work ethic. With his wife Jackie, he attends at least one Green Bay Packer game every fall and loves baseball and basketball as well.
