Brad Falkiewicz is in his ninth season working in minor league baseball. He began his baseball career as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Greensboro Grasshoppers in 2017 and was promoted to CFO of Temerity Baseball in 2022. Before this, he worked as an external auditor at Deloitte, where he focused primarily on publicly traded companies in South Florida.

Brad graduated from Florida State University and is a Certified Public Accountant in both Florida and North Carolina. In his role, he emphasizes establishing quality control standards, procedures, and efficiencies across all Temerity Baseball teams, while also managing the accounting and finance functions for the Kannapolis Cannon Ballers, Greensboro Grasshoppers, and Lexington Legends. Key responsibilities include budgeting, maintaining internal controls, preparing game-night reports, generating monthly financial statements, ensuring compliance with Major League Baseball (MLB) regulations, performing GAAP-compliant audits, and conducting ad-hoc financial analysis.
