Scotty Brown
President & Operating Partner
Scotty Brown became the first dedicated Temerity Baseball employee shortly after the purchase of the Kannapolis team in late 2018. Previously, the Baltimore native served as a general manager for teams at the Single-A, Double-A & Triple-A levels of Minor League Baseball as well as working stints for the Baltimore Orioles and New York Mets over a 40+ year career.
Brad Falkiewicz
Chief Financial Officer
Brad Falkiewicz is in his ninth season working in minor league baseball. He began his baseball career as the Chief Financial Officer of the Greensboro Grasshoppers in 2017 and was promoted to CFO of Temerity Baseball in 2022. Before this, he worked as an external auditor at Deloitte, where he focused primarily on publicly traded companies in South Florida. Brad graduated from Florida State University and is a Certified Public Accountant in both Florida and North Carolina.
Vince Marcucci
Chief Revenue Officer
Vince Marcucci serves as Chief Revenue Officer for Temerity Baseball, overseeing revenue strategy, sales operations, partnerships, and growth initiatives across the Kannapolis Cannon Ballers, Lexington Legends, and Greensboro Grasshoppers. He enters this season with more than 15 years of experience in professional baseball, including prior roles with the Wilmington Blue Rocks and the Trenton Thunder. His leadership has been recognized with several honors, including the 2025 Trailblazer Award from NC Business. Marcucci is a graduate of West Virginia University, where he earned a B.S. in Sport Management.
